General information

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process and store personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. Our contact details can be found in the legal notice. The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data and to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Consent to data processing that has already been granted can be revoked informally at any time. You also have the right to have personal data that we process and store automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or - if technically possible - to a third party. In the event of breaches of data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent state data protection officer, whose contact details can be found at https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Server log files

Our provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to its server, in accordance with legal requirements. These are browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the anonymised IP address. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. Likewise, this data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We reserve the right to check this data if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use of our website. If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a legally prescribed storage period expires, this data is routinely deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Web analysis (Matomo)

We use the web analysis tool "Matomo" on our website. In the version we use, Matomo works with an anonymisation of IP addresses.

This means that it is no longer possible to establish a personal reference from the IP address. Your IP address is also only used in abbreviated form to carry out a rough geolocalisation. Your country of origin and also your access provider ("Internet access provider") are determined and stored here.

The Matomo analysis tool works by setting a cookie that is stored on your end device as a so-called "persistent cookie" as a small text file beyond the end of your visit, unless you have deactivated this function in your browser. The cookie has a duration of two weeks and, for statistical purposes, enables both the recognition of computers that have already accessed the website and the non-personal analysis of the behaviour of visitors to the website.

Additional access data is also stored each time this website is used: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the operating system installed on the accessing computer, referrer URL and the requesting provider.

OpenStreetMap

This site uses the open source mapping tool "OpenStreetMap" (OSM) via an API. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation. To use the functions of OpenStreetMap, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to an OpenStreetMap server and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. The use of OpenStreetMap is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can find more information on the handling of user data on the OpenStreetMap data protection page and here http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ.

YouTube

Our website uses embedded videos from the YouTube platform operated by Google. When a corresponding page is accessed, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the pages you are currently visiting are automatically transmitted. If you are logged into your YouTube account, your surfing behaviour can be directly assigned to your personal YouTube profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. You can find more information on how YouTube handles user data in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. The legal basis for the use of YouTube is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Vimeo

We use components from the provider Vimeo on our website. Vimeo is a service of Vimeo LCC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. Each time you access our website, which is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the Vimeo component. If you visit our website while you are logged in to Vimeo, Vimeo recognises which specific page you are visiting through the information collected by the component and assigns this information to your personal Vimeo account. For example, if you click on the "Play" button or make comments, this information is transmitted to your personal user account at Vimeo and stored there. In addition, the information that you have visited our site is passed on to Vimeo. This happens regardless of whether you click on the component/leave comments or not, for example.

If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before you visit our site. Vimeo's privacy policy provides more detailed information on this, in particular on the collection and use of data by Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/privacy

Session cookies

Our website uses so-called session cookies, small text files that are stored on your device and automatically deleted at the end of your visit, for the user-friendly and secure display of content. You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing your browser settings accordingly. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. The legal basis for the use of session cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Contact form

Your data transmitted to us via the contact form will be stored by us to process your enquiry and will not be passed on without your consent. The data will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, informally revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the cancellation. The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

Objection to advertising emails

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material.
